Awesome service - very helpful sales team
Poor service center with unqualified technicians. Also they have horrible communication. I would not recommend. I went for a simple brake job and left after two visits without the work being completed and sat in their lobby for a total of 5 hours

Was notified I was due for an oil change so I brought in the next morning with no apointment and asked if I could get it done if I left it. Was told no problem and was brought across town in the shuttle for work day and was done well before the end of the day.
I didn’t talk to Daniel. A woman helped me when I brought my vehicle and she took care of me when my vehicle was done. She was very nice.

Had a computer screen issue that we needed to have the service department deal with. Fortunately they were able to order the necessary part and schedule the repair in less than a week! Helped with reconnecting the phone and all the programs saved. Friendly, helpful and kind. Even provided me with rides home so I didn't have to wait for hours in a waiting room. You need to have fix prices for your services. Not different every time for the same Services. Plus you need to train your device tect to knowledge you with in 2-3 minutes. Not 10-15 minutes will standing at the vechele or desk.

Tim and the quick lane staff took of my vehicle very nicely, they installed an incorrect battery but resolved the issue with a new correct model with no appointment, drove it in and was out in 30 minutes.
They did not put air in my tires when I had an oil change I would think that would be an automatic check

I was in feb get cam shaft sensor in they tore my engine under shield and under cover fast forward almost 3 months you guys install half what I was missing but I’m taking that at a loss I’m not taking chances for my parts to be missing! I quite frankly don’t understand how you guys take peoples property off and just discard it very disrespectful and rude and I still don’t have everything back. I will never come back and have services at the shop again the disrespect of throwing my property way over the line.

With all the touted great enginering for ford you cant tell me while my new truck died on me and sends me low battery warnings and resticts its funtions. Will it die on me and leave me stranded? I googled the low battery issue and nhtsa says you have been replacing batterys that are defective. Afyer being treated in a manor l dont appreciate. I have decided my next new vehicle. Brought my vehicle there, normally get timely service. Was to cold to get a car wash- had hoped they'd wash it first, let it dry, no real problem.
Eric went out of his way to accommodate us and get my son’s truck repaired in a timely manner so that my son and his family could make their 1200 mile trip home to upstate New York on the date and time they had planned to go. Been waiting on a recall to be fixed for over 6 months. While I understand that they are probably waiting on parts I believe it is a bit ridiculous. At minimum they should be following up with me to keep me informed of the status.
Did a remanufacuted transmission almost a yr ago, the idle has been bouncing again and reving with braking. Took in and they stated " the computer didn't show anything" "fluid is dark but could be from cold(was 30 degrees and drove 30 mins to get there. I feel they've been giving me the run around so they don't have to do the transmission they warrantied for a yr. Left my truck at 11:30 and still not ready after 2:00. Inspection was not done or review. Normally truck is wash but wasn't. For $75.00 I can bring it anyway.
