I was very displeased with there phone call procedures, calling the service department is a total waste of time and thy never called me back after a message is left for them. I probably will take my vehicle to another place for my next repair. Sorry but customer service should take priority.
Came from out of state and leased 2 vehicles (explorer and F150). Both experiences were seamless.
purchased vehicle 5-5-26. week and a half ago, front brakes making noise.
initial inspection says pads at 6mm. fixed on 6-23-26. pads were 1mm or gone, metal on metal. initial inspection person before they prepped the car for sale was either incompetent, negligent or falsifying the brake pads condition. yes they put new pads in in yesterday, and also rotors, which probably were not needed if you had put pads in before selling it. another 3 hours of my time.

I hope the dealership appreciates the asset they have in Eric Holmvig. In what can be an extremely challenging job, his attitude and engagement are distinctive. You may wish to consider in investing in some assistance for him as although he never voiced it, it is apparent his workload is significant. Maybe invest in the technology that is available to automatically text customers the status of their vehicle's service status, and allow him to him to be the best customer facing employee I have met there (or maybe any dealership) before he bolts to run a complex logistics operation.
I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new vehicle at Mills Ford in Brainerd MN. The staff is very patient and super professional. They made the process so easy and stress free. Highly recommend Hunter Nash and Dave, they sure make an amazing team!

Car runs great after the service repair. Had to call multiple time for updates on the repair. Dealer never called us with updates. Knew ahead of time that this was going to take a couple of weeks for the repair. After the assignment we had to call for info and again the dates we were told that is was estimated to be ready. Able to call after to see if satisfied but missed the boat on communication during the repair.
Love all the staff there. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions and put me at ease with my decision.
Service was good and done very fast. And yes, I will come back again. The waiting area is set up very nice.

Eric Holmvig helped me save face as my wife and I arrived in June for an appointment. I scheduled it online. Somewhere I goofed up the date and the appointment was for a date in July. He got both vehicles in, did the oil changes, tire rotations and recalls all within 2 hours. Amazing!!! We have been incredibly amazed and grateful at the care provided by Eric Holmvig in service and Reece Thompson in sales, with the 5 vehicles we have purchased there. Looking forward to #6!

Tim in the truck and rv center did a great job on my Jayce Class B. Did a recall on the generator plus a recall on the truck and replaced the house batteries with new AGM units. Good turnaround and great to deal with! Highly recommended
I took our 2019 jayco motorhome in for an oil change and chassis lube. They also did their multi point check. Staff was very friendly and professional. I would recommend Mills truck and RV service center to anyone needing a reliable shop to work on their rig.

Did not get a car wash when they finished
Had an outstanding experience buying our 2026 Lincoln Navigator from Mills Lincoln. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. No pressure, no games, just honest communication and great customer service. Recce Thompson took extra time to walk us through the vehicle and made sure we had no issues understanding all the features and technology. He went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. The new Navigator is absolutely incredible, and we couldn’t be happier with the purchase.
The honestly and intergerty of the folks who work at Miller's Ford is refreshing and restoring. The repairs they made on my truck, the professionalism they displayed and respect they showed me. Told me this is where I am going to purchase my next truck. This is one of the very best service experiences I have ever had. Baxter Minnesota is truly lucky to have these folks in their community. I made an appointment with Mills Ford Brainerd & the following day they did the service on my F-150 for an oil change on a Saturday & it was the best experience, I visited with the sale & service staff, enjoyed their display area, service was completed in a short time plus my truck was washed & wiped down, can say I was very impressed. Very good dealership for sales & service.
The only issue with this visit was no car wash upon completion, apparently it's not done on Saturday.
Our RV broke down near them. Mills got us right in to their RV service center. Tim got a mechanic on it quickly and kept us informed on progress. The repairs were completed in a reasonable time at a fair price. I would use them again.
Oh my where to start. So about 6 years ago as covid started we bought a transit 350 out of state and drove it home 1,700 miles. We noticed a shimmy and bright to a northland ford dealer and 3 out of 4 techs they had said normal. We came to mills and 3 of there’s said something is off. So after a new drive shaft and internals in the rear end it is gone. That was the first 5,000 miles we had it. 29,000 was when we got it. Great service & personable/friendly customer service! The only improvement I could suggest is having someone answer phone when calling to schedule vs having to leave phone number to have call back to schedule.
