I had just moved to the area and had 3 Ford dealer options. I started with Mills and I'm glad I did. I used the Quick lane for an oil change, tire rotate and multiple inspection. The work was done much faster than than usual and I was in and out quickly. Great place, great staff and my new dealership.

With all the touted great enginering for ford you cant tell me while my new truck died on me and sends me low battery warnings and resticts its funtions. Will it die on me and leave me stranded? I googled the low battery issue and nhtsa says you have been replacing batterys that are defective. Afyer being treated in a manor l dont appreciate. I have decided my next new vehicle. Wil not be sold to me by you. You leave me no choice but to use my wallet.elsewhere. just because of a warrenty you appear not to honor. ...

Brought my vehicle there, normally get timely service. Was to cold to get a car wash- had hoped they'd wash it first, let it dry, no real problem.

Eric went out of his way to accommodate us and get my son’s truck repaired in a timely manner so that my son and his family could make their 1200 mile trip home to upstate New York on the date and time they had planned to go. I’m happy to say that they made the trip and arrived home without any problems. Thanks again Eric.

Been waiting on a recall to be fixed for over 6 months. While I understand that they are probably waiting on parts I believe it is a bit ridiculous. At minimum they should be following up with me to keep me informed of the status.

Did a remanufacuted transmission almost a yr ago, the idle has been bouncing again and reving with braking. Took in and they stated " the computer didn't show anything" "fluid is dark but could be from cold(was 30 degrees and drove 30 mins to get there. I feel they've been giving me the run around so they don't have to do the transmission they warrantied for a yr. Won't give me a copy of the diagnostic testing when asked, but they didn't charge for the diagnostic.didnt even listen to what I told him ...

Left my truck at 11:30 and still not ready after 2:00. Inspection was not done or review. Normally truck is wash but wasn't. For $75.00 I can bring it anyway.

Hunter was great. Super helpful, friendly, relaxed, patient, thorough, informative. He gave a great walkthrough of my new EV, and during the test drive, showed me how to work the cool driver-assist features. Reese gave a really good explanation of the complimentary charge station deal so I wouldn't go home with unrealistic expectations. Christina, the finance person led me through the reams of paperwork in a very professional manner.

Very convenient - always appreciate good customer service. It would be great if the texts could let you know if driver running behind- however all in all very happy and Bryan is always helpful.

It's very easy and convenient to make appointments for Quick Lane service on the Ford Pass app. Upon checking in for the service appointment the service rep was polite and helpful. He knew exactly what I was there for and assisted me to the waiting room after check in. The service was done professionally within about an hour. My service paperwork was thoroughly covered at check out. I've always had a good experience at Mills Ford service department.

I waited while the service was performed and the staff checked back with to update progress.

Good history here but over charged to clear computer faults (air dam & trailer connection). Cleaning a small amount of dirt from the rear bumper trailer connection to should not cost $100. Clearing the air dam fault notice was only $50 noting that freezing rain could have caused the air dam to stick (yes we live in Minnesota).

To schedule my appointment online was simple and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful and my vehicle was done on time.

I have a 1972 Ford F250 that was originally bought brand new at Mills Motors in Brainered. I was trying to track down an original photo of the dealers old location to put in a binder for car shows. I messaged their Facebook page and they were actually able to track down a photo and get it to me a few days later. That's pretty great customer service in my book.

I find all businesses in the BLA to be short staffed. Mills is no exception. On our "second" visit however we were immediately helped by Brian who I found was low pressure(my kind of salesperson)kind, knowledgeable and patient during the process of buying my Bronco. Fred was fun to work with and worked hard at getting the best interest rate for me at the bank I preferred. Thanks to everyone involved with making this a painless process.

Mills' team met my expectation by fairly closing the deal on a gently used F150 I'd searched widely to find. The purchase experience was polite, professional and efficient -- given the volume of paperwork the law requires. I'd return to Mills to purchase again.

It is not an issue with Mills Motor but the item for which I brought my Lincoln in for service was not fixed. The wifi electronics keep failing, occasionally the screen locks, the screen will not even come up when the vehicle starts, etc. Lincoln says they have this problem with a variety of vehicles and will have it fixed in October. I do not believe them but I want Mills to know it is a manufacturer problem.

We have always booked our service at Mills Ford and Will keep doing it because the fast and courteous service Plus reasonable price so I will keep continuing to go there thanks.


I bought my new F150 at Mills in January when I was ready to trade my older F150. I went to Mills because they have the best and high quality service department. I live 2 hours north. Mills is worth the distance.

The mechanics that worked on my vehicle took care of my vehicle and ensured that they didn't make a mess inside the vehicle and fixed all of my concerns before getting the vehicle back to me.
