I bought my F150 from them several years ago and have done all my regular maintenance there. No additional work as of yet. They do sometimes run a little behind on their schedule but otherwise I've had no complaints.

Our fist experience was DEPRESSING! We seen a truck advertised on their website, so we drove 40 miles to check it out. When we arrived we, were told it wasn't available for sale because it hadn't been gone through yet. We were VERY UPSET that we drove all that way for nothing! Hunter Nash was great to work with and delivered as promised. He had to replace the windshield on the vehicle and after receiving it, called to say that it had a scratch and thought we should order another one. Being the vehicle was delivered late he had it driven to my house in Elk River. The whole process was simple and exceeded expectations.

Always friendly and fun customer service! Daniel set me up today in getting my oil changed, tire rotation and full inspection. He is very thorough, Professional and Friendly. I love that they have a large waiting area with big comfy leather couches and the quiet glass enclosed Computer/Office work desk where I can work and see when they come to get me. I also love that they print out a very Detailed inspection sheet. Daniel even walked me all the way to my truck! Highly recommend! 🙂

I loved Jameson the mobile mechanic. Having someone able to come to you on our own time schedule has been a game changer in convenience. A wonderful nd knowledgeable mechanic with the jobs done right the first time along having the convenience location of your choice!

The service was good, the only issue I had concerns about was the service sticker for the next oil change was incorrect by 100,000 miles.

Friendly, had my car for a week waiting for parts. I had to call for updates. When the work was done I got a text. When I arrived to get my car they didn't know where it was. Cost was less than noted. Everyone was apologetic and pleasant.
